CHAT
Volunteers are needed for CHAT, Citizens for Humane Animal Treatment.
They especially need a couple of dedicated people that could be trained
to work a couple of shifts a month on the weekends. A shift is usually
around 4 hours. They divide the day into two shifts for Saturdays and
Sundays- 8:30-1 and 1-4:30 on Saturdays, 1-4 on Sundays. They
especially have a hard time with Sunday mornings. There is a full time
staff person during the week, and she has some volunteers to help with
medicines and paperwork, but they always seem to utilize the same
people over and over sacrificing their weekends and holidays. Therefore
these do not have a life. Vollunteers are needed to give meds, answer
phones and complete adoption process of animals.Citizens for Humane Animal Treatment Petra Shuff Office Administrator Wakulla County Chamber of Commerce PO Box 598 23 High Dr. Crawfordville, FL 32326 Tel: (850) 926-1848 Fax: (850) 926-2050 petra@wakullacountychamber.com |
